How do you know that you want to work with an executive or career coach?
What will you tell an executive or career coach about your needs?
Many times clients, or prospective clients “know they don’t know;” but they are not prepared to verbalize what they want--or the desired outcomes. And, there are even more times when individuals are not even aware that this type of professional assistance exists.
With either of these initiations, the individual may have a conversation with a friend or business contact, read an article, or surf by something on the internet, and that sparks their interest. Several years ago one of my clients shared this with me and recommended that I create overviews of a typical coaching engagement. Her targeted suggestion resulted in these coaching packages.
The services of Reset 3 Consulting are certainly not limited to these eight packages; but, hopefully, they will serve as a starting place for many prospective clients to clarify the “how and the what” of their personal coaching needs.
Contact us for specific questions and pricing. Elements of packages can be mixed and matched to accommodate individual client needs/desires.
